Cultivating Christ-Like Character
& Spiritual Maturity
We set the bar high on biblical knowledge and spiritual maturity for your students because we know that this age group is not only capable, but longing for the truth. This is a time for growth and preparation as they gradually transition from children's lessons to adult lessons (from milk to meat, 1 Corinthians 3:1-2).
HF Students is for teens grade 6 - 12.
We meet at 9 AM on Sunday morning to dive deep into specific books of the bible, studying verse by verse the Word of God.
We meet at 5:00 PM on Sundays and do a high level, overview study of the Bible. Focusing on BIG ideas, we study the Bible as a complete work.
We meet at 6:15 PM to do topical based study, focused on the specific needs of the youth group. Every 4th Sunday night, the youth spend 2 hours volunteering at our local Yokefellow in Lenoir, NC.

We prioritize cultivating relationships among our youth, building friendships that we pray will last a lifetime! But most importantly, beginning and cultivating a relationship with Jesus Christ!
Providing a safe environment for spiritual growth and learning is paramount.
We encourage our youth to ask the hard questions, guiding them to scripture to find the answers.

Our Student Ministries Director, Ben Minton, is unmatched in his ability to connect with youth and communicate complex biblical truths in ways that young adults can understand and apply.
Ben’s background is apologetics and street witnessing gives him an uncanny ability to help answer even the hardest questions students often ask!
