We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking.

We believe that praise and worship has the power to speak to the heart and that God is worthy of our praise, so our worship focuses on Him. We have two morning worship services, and their styles are completely different.
The 9am service meets in our sanctuary and is more traditional in flavor. Our music is a blend of traditional hymns and newer songs of praise, accompanied by the organ and piano and led by our outstanding choir. We also project the words onto a large screen for ease in viewing.
The 10:15am service meets in our Life Center, and the style is casual and contemporary. The praise in that service is led by our praise band and employs stage lights, two large screens for words, and a relaxed atmosphere.
We're more concerned with meeting your real life needs than about what you wear. We have a diverse congregation, so you will feel comfortable in your “Sunday best” or dressed casually.
No. You won’t be asked to stand, or raise your hand or introduce yourself. You’re sure to be greeted and welcomed by one of our Greeters and lots of other people because they will be glad that you’ve come.
We would like to know that you’ve come, so you’ll be given the opportunity to fill out a Guest Card. We know what it’s like to go to a new place, filled with lots of people, so we want you to feel free to “check us out” without being singled out.
No matter what service you desire to attend, there are handicap entrances located at either building, we well has handicap parking spaces.
Our Sanctuary service building is an older building with many floors and entrances, however, we have two handicap entrances with ramps and, once inside, an elevator to take you to whatever floor you need to go to!
Our Life Center Service is located in our Gym with a flat, stair free main entrance with handicap door buttons.
If you are still nervous about your first visit, feel free to contact us and let us know how we can best accomodate you!
Each Sunday during the Life Center Service we host an HF Kids Worship! This kid friendly worship includes a kids bible story, worship with hand motions and dance, all complete with games and activities that further drive home the day's lesson! Check in begins at 10 AM, and Pick up is directly after the 10:15 worship service ends.
We also provide an outstanding nursery during the Life Center Service on Sunday mornings, as well as during special church events. Each nursery room is dedicated by age, allowing for developmentally appropriate toys and activities specifically matched to your child's stage and abilities. Our volunteers are highly vetted and experienced, and each parent is given a "restaurant style" buzzer to be easily contacted to come if needed.
However, if you feel most comfortable keeping your child with you in the service, please do so. We even have rocking chairs in the back for mother's of infants!

Our student's meet at 9 AM on Sunday morning in the Youth Room to dive deep into specific books of the bible, studying verse by verse the Word of God. This is led by our Student Ministries Director, Ben Minton, as well as a team of highly vetted, and passionate volunteers. We focus on building Christ-like character in our students as well as culltivating friendships that we pray will last a lifetime. But most importantly, creating and cultivating a relationship with Jesus Christ!
Following the meeting, students may attend the large service, either sitting with their parents or with their friends.

“My Family and I visited Hudson First for the first time in November of 2020. We were desperately seeking reconnection to God and a church family, as we had not been to a church in several months due to the Covid outbreak. From the moment we arrived I felt God moving through prayer, worship, and the people.
It did not take long to figure out that Hudson First was where God wanted my family and I to join and serve Him. We are so thankful and blessed to be a part of this church!”
We want to help you have a great first visit. Fill out this short form to let us know you are coming so we can accomodate you best!
